Memlo

Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1. Effective October 22, 2026.

Memlo is a private place for your memories and the AI apps you work with. It only works if everyone uses it in good faith. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Words defined there mean the same here.

1. Follow the law

Use Memlo only in ways that comply with the laws that apply to you and to us.

2. Content you may not store or share

Don't use Memlo to store, create or share content that:

3. Information about other people

Your memories will mention other people. That is normal. But don't use Memlo to:

4. Data Memlo is not built for

Memlo is not designed for regulated data. Unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that covers it (we don't offer one today), don't store:

Your own personal notes about your own life (including your health) are fine. Store them knowing that we offer no special regulatory protections for them.

5. Security and fair use

Don't:

6. Apps and agents you connect

You are responsible for what the AI apps and agents you connect do with your account. If an app you connected breaks this policy, we may disconnect it.

7. What we do about violations

We may, depending on how serious it is:

When it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider. We look at someone's private content only as a last resort, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. How to report abuse

Email privacy@starkweatherdigital.com with a description of what you are reporting, the account or content involved if you know it, and how you came across it. We won't tell the reported person who you are. For copyright claims, include the details required by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (a description of the work, where the infringing material is, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Every version has a version number and an effective date, and we keep past versions available on our website: version 1.0 (October 22, 2026). For changes that matter, we give notice as described in the Terms of Service.
