Memlo

Subprocessors

Version 1.1. Effective October 22, 2026.

These are the outside companies that handle personal information to run Memlo. Each may use it only to provide its service to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Company What they do for Memlo What data they handle Where
DigitalOcean, LLC Hosting: servers, databases, storage, backups, network and load balancing, DNS for memlo.ai All Memlo data, including your content, account data and logs United States (San Francisco region)
DigitalOcean, LLC AI model (GLM-5.3 Flash, through DigitalOcean's serverless inference) for descriptions, names, summaries and answers The memory text needed for each request. DigitalOcean states it does not store inputs or outputs and does not use them for training. United States
Google LLC (Google Workspace) Our email: the messages you send to privacy@starkweatherdigital.com and the emails we send you, including invitation links Your email address and what the emails say United States

Services that don't receive your personal information

We also use these services, but they never receive your personal information:

Memlo itself doesn't send email automatically: invitation links are sent by a person on our team, from our Google Workspace email.

Apps you connect

AI apps you connect to Memlo (for example Claude or ChatGPT) receive the memories they read for you. They are not our subprocessors: you choose them, and their providers handle that data under their own terms.

Changes to this list

When we plan to add a subprocessor that will handle your personal information, or change what an existing one handles, we will update this page and email account holders at least 30 days before the change, unless an urgent security or availability problem forces a faster change (then we will tell you as soon as we can). If you object, email privacy@starkweatherdigital.com; if we can't address your concern, you can export your data and close your account.

Every version of this page has a version number and an effective date, and we keep past versions available on our website: version 1.0 (October 22, 2026).

Earlier versions of this list are kept on our website.
